RETURN POLICY

Here at Pink Diamond Occasions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our printing shop Prints by PDO. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you must request a return of the item(s) within 7 consecutive days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include the original packaging with your return. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pinkdiaocc.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send back the item(s). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us at the email above.
